Shipping & Returns -

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days. All returns must be in sealed packaging. However, there will be a restocking fee of 20% on all non stocked or special order items that are returned.

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our office for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number, simply call us toll free at 1-800-322-2487, M-F between 9AM-5PM EST or email imedical00@comcast.net
